  • PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE LIVE CLASSES RATHER PRE RECORDED STEP BY STEP TECHNIQUE AND CHOREOGRAPHY VIDEOS WILL BE AVAILBLE TO SUIT ALL SCHEDULES

  • For self motivated individuals wanting to master ura and gain cultural experience

  • Individuals wanting to use ura as a form of fitness

  • No experience required and don't have to be
    Cook Island to learn

  • Suitable ages 3+ (parent/guardian must assist ages 3-14)

  • Able to commit to completing & recording homework exercises 3 days a week

  • Able to meet exam deadlines - Students will be required to record and submit recordings at certain dates as apart of exams

  • Preference of sharing your 9 week journey on social media to keep
    self accountable and we will share y    ours
    with permission via our social media platforms
