Exchange, returns and refund policy

Our exchange, returns and refund policy is within strict accordance of the Australian Consumer Law

Exchange and Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange a product from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You are liable to cover shipping cost when returning product

Refund

PRODUCTS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10  working days.

You will eligible if:

  • The product does not fit it's description

  • It was damaged during shipping and handling

We do not provide a refund on products if:

  • You have simply chosen to change your mind

  • You misused a product in a certain way against advice given

  • A problem with our product is completely out of our control

We do not provide a refund on services and deposits if:

  • There is a cancellation made under 14 days prior to your event

  • You have simply chosen to change your mind 

  • You have asked for a service in a certain way against advice given

  • A problem with our service is completely out of our control

With COVID-19 restrictions in place we are understanding and will only offer a full reimbursement if:
